High-density urethane foam – We stock this material in dimensions up to 1.5 inches thick.  It can be sand-blasted or routed depending on the desired look, and withstands the weather marvelously.  In fact, this hardy material is so popular that it is commonly referred to as “sign foam.”  It’s also used as a warp for large, decorative pillars, as it’s easily manipulated. Foam PVC – The surface is smooth and the final look is sleek.  Print atop foam PVC and laminate your work – you’ll end up with a classy sign that won’t warp.  Many wooden signs have already been replaced by foam PVC, leading us to call this material “the one that’s saving the forest.” Polycarbonate in thin slices is flexible and also UV-resistant, and Innerpro (Chloroplast) is often the first choice for election and “for sale” signs.
